Located in the heart of Leamington Spa, Zou-Bisou was the first operator to bring healthy, tart frozen yogurt to the area.
Stephanie Summers, proprietor of Zou-Bisou, first started to plan Leamington Spa’s first Café & frozen yogurt parlour back in 2013. After almost 12 months Zou-Bisou opened its doors for the first time in June 2014. Stephanie’s dream had been realised and she now provides the busy town of Leamington with fresh, fat-free frozen yogurt.
When Stephanie began planning the Zou-Bisou concept she did extensive research into the frozen yogurt market and quickly found that Taylor UK are the UK’s market leader in frozen yogurt machines, supplying major frozen yogurt chains with all their frozen yogurt machines.
Stephanie’s timing couldn’t have been better, following a meeting with Paul Richards Taylor UK’s sales manager for the Midlands, she decided that the newly launched Taylor C723 and the ever reliable Taylor 152 models would be perfect for the new shop.
Stephanie commented, “That without the two Taylor C723’s and 152 the business wouldn’t have had the quality of product and wouldn’t have been such a roaring success”. She added “We can now offer five different flavours of frozen yogurt. Our concept is ‘self-serve’ allowing our customers to help themselves to the froyo directly from the machines. They get to create their own unique froyo combinations with all of the different toppings and they pay for it by weight”.
The concept has proved so successful, gaining Zou-Bisou a great reputation with the local community creating a demand for frozen yogurt which was potentially going to outstrip supply!
Stephanie commented “I’m really pleased with the Taylor frozen yogurt equipment, they provide the best quality froyo possible and we are quickly building a strong reputation in our first months of trading.”
