The ISA projects division of Taylor UK has put together three different Gelato Concepts to help you with your own ideas and to inspire your own creativity.
The ISA design team can customise one of our standard designs to fit with your businesses existing style and colour schemes alternatively they can create you a brand new layout just for you, maximising all of the available space with display cabinet styles and types which you actually need.
Concept 1 – My Gelato Café
Designed to fit in a corner location as small as 3.5 metres wide and only 2.5 metres deep, the My Gelato Café concept was designed to show that a compact area can be transformed into a fully functioning Gelato Cafe with a twelve flavour gelato display, a 1.1 metre wide refrigerated serve-over display which would be perfect to showcase your homemade pastries, cakes or savouries, a complete back counter with dedicated coffee area with built-in knock out draw and hand wash sink.

Turn your shop into an eye catching Gelato Parlour with a bespoke built, custom designed front display counter. This 6.5 metre long run of cabinets are seamlessly joined together creating a continual run along the entire length of your shop showcasing your homemade gelato and ice cream off at it’s best.
