This oven will allow product consistency and improved quality time and time again. And because of its patented technology , electric operation, and small footprint the 2020 is the first of its kind to be UL-certified for vent-less operation* Cook raw chicken breast butterfly fillets only 3 minutes 30 seconds.

TurboChef's unprecedented High h air impingement and available (optional) catalyst technology heats food faster than any other conveyor system in the market and allows it to be configured with vent-less* operation. The easy to use control system offers eight cooking profiles that precisely control temperature, belt speed, and independent top and bottom airflow. The 2020 is available in single or split belt configurations, namely 50/50 or 70/30 split.
* Reduced C02 Emissions – Since the ovens are certified vent–less they help to reduce their own carbon footprint. A unique catalytic converter system eliminates the need in most cases for expensive extraction hoods, it also prevents odour emissions and flavour transfer.
