Batch Freezers
Once you have prepared your mix you simply add whichever flavour you are producing to your base mix and transfer out into your batch freezer.
A batch freezer mixes and freezes the product whilst incorporating air or 'overrun' into the mix. We have a number of machines that will produce between 2.3 to 20 litres of finished product per batch, the equivalent to between 11.9 to 105 litres. Having 12 batch freezers in our range, we are confident we have a machine to fit most businesses needs.
