Alongside the refreshed recipe, Comelle Ice Cream mix and its sister product, Comelle Thick Shake mix receive an updated look and feel with a new pack design. The re-freshed 1-litre packs can be recycled, and they are easy to store with a long nine-month shelf life. Both products are for professional operators and are made with a soft ice cream or milkshake machine. The soft serve mix is customisable, allowing operators and consumers to create bespoke ice creams with additional ingredients or accessories.
