Taylor by Frigomat C139 Combination Machine
The C139 is a compact combined machine which features two barrels; one vertical above (the heater) and one horizontal (the batch freezer). This technologically advanced model allows the operator to produce a wide range of desserts; ice cream, gelato, sorbet, granita, custard, syrups and much more all with a single machine.

Load per cycle – 2 to 4 Kg liquid base mix.
Hourly production – 20 to 25 Kg, approximately five batches per hour.
Bain-marie system – Indirect heat is transferred through the entire tank surface to prevent the product from burning. The tank temperature reaches up to 105°C while maintaining the characteristics of the product. The machine also features a ‘delicate’ treatment option with glycol temperature below 100°C.
Electronic control – Three working programs; automatic cycle at 85°C, semi-automatic cycle with temperature selection between 30°C and 105°C and automatic calculation of the stop times according to the selected temperature, chocolate cycle at low treatment temperature. Option to set the pause time up to 10 hours.
Vat – Stainless steel cylinder block vat and self locking beater with mobile scrapers on the walls and bottom. High precision vat temperatures are controlled by a dip probe. Its forward position allows all the operations to be made while facing the machine without the need to access the side of the unit.
Tap – Innovative delivery/transfer tap with wide diameter for a quick ejection of the heater even with extremely dense products; swivelled position for drawing the product at the end of the cycle without engaging the freezing cylinder allowing the separate use of the heater and batch freezer.

Freezing cylinder – High production flexibility from 2 Kg up to 4 Kg of liquid mix, the automatic control manages the freezing cycle in relation to the type and quantity of mix. Highly efficient freezing cylinder with direct expansion gas technology and steel beater with removable flexible scrapers. (Output volume, freezing time and percentage of overrun will vary depending on the type of product and ingredients used).
Safety – The freezer door has a double safety system on the hopper grid, if the grid is lifted or the door opened, the beater immediately stops in order to avoid any accidents. The door features an additional grid on the ejection orifice to prevent any injury. All control panels are low voltage.
