Prime ‘a la carte’ cooking functions using; convection, steam and a variety of combinations including a unique ’au gratin’ function for browning and crisping foods.

  Roast

  Electric, programmable combination oven with a capacity for 3 full 1/1 GN trays (compatible with all GN trays, grills, grids and racks) per oven cavity.

• Chamber temperature ranges between 30°C to 250°C.

• Internal, removable supports for trays/grids for easier cleaning.

• Control through easy to operate digital control panel.

• 

  Steam

  Seven pre-programmed functions; hot air, combi-steam, pure steam cook, bain-marie steamer, regeneration, grill and semi-automatic cleaning.

• Generation of steam by boiler with automatic drainage system. The level of steam can be adjusted in range of between 0 and 100%. Steam can be manually injected through independent control.

• 

  Gratinate

  Recipe programming; the oven can hold 16 additional recipes/cook cycles, each up to 8 steps.

• Multi-point internal probe for controlling the internal temperature of the food.

• Semi-automatic cleaning cycle with external rinse hose.

• Each oven is independantly controlled, switch one off at quite times to conserve energy.
