The C125 vertical, counter top batch freezer is the perfect starting point for operators looking to produce quality gelato, ice cream and slush in small quantities.

With reduced investment and it’s compact size and visual appeal make it ideal for restaurants, pastry and coffee shops.

Manufactured in Italy by Frigomat to ensure that Italian equipment quality and technology standards are met. To serve gelato, ice cream or medium overrun frozen dessert products.

Load per cycle – 1.5 to 2.5 Kg liquid base mix.

Hourly production – 10 Kg, approximately four batches per hour.

Electro-mechanical control – The freezing cycle is controlled using the timer, with ‘temperature preservation’ mode to keep the product at the right temperature and consistency if not immediately dispensed at the end of the cycle.

Freezing cylinder – The machine features a vertical freezing cylinder with a steel agitator which has easily removable plastic scrapers.

Lid – practical and safe – The transparent poly-carbonate lid allows easy inspection of the product during the freezing cycle. It features a safety “cut-out” magnet which stops the agitation upon the lid opening. This safety feature also allows the operator to add hard pieces; nuts, fruits, chocolates etc. during the freezing cycle.

Drain plug – The freezing cylinder incorporates a tank drain outlet allowing for easier cleaning.

Easy – The counter top design, simple controls and 13amp single phase electrics make it suitable for any location and operator.
