The Taylor C707 Gravity Fed Soft Serve Freezer is a high-capacity, single-flavour machine designed for simplicity and performance. With gravity-fed operation, it offers consistent product quality and easy maintenance—ideal for businesses serving soft ice cream, frozen yogurt or plant-based products. Perfect for restaurants, dessert bars and high-traffic venues, the C707 delivers reliable results with every serve.
This counter-top machine (optional cart available) will make you up to 350 2.5oz portions in an hour – if you can keep up with that! It only needs cleaning every three days, saving you valuable time. Perfect for busy cafes, restaurants & frozen yogurt shops.

Features of the Taylor C707 include:
Freezing cylinder – One, 3.2 litre
Hourly production* (approximately) – 34.1 litres per hour
Mix hopper – One, 18.9 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes.
Indicator lights – ‘Mix Low’ light alerts the operator to add mix. When ‘Mix Out’ light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
Electronic controls – Softech™ is Taylor’s exclusive microprocessor based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
Standby – During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
Digital temperature indicator – The hopper temperature is displayed to assure safe product temperatures.
Door interlock system – Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
