HTG Trading has tightened its partnership with Middleby UK by agreeing a deal to distribute TurboChef ovens in the UK market.
HTG Trading has been the UK’s exclusive distributor of Taylor soft serve and frozen drinks equipment for more than 50 years.
Its equipment portfolio includes a number of other significant Middleby-owned brands including Icetro soft serve machines, Perfect Fry ventless fryers, Synesso coffee equipment and Marco beverage systems.
Pete Gray, managing director of HTG Trading, said: “We’ve been selling rapid cook ovens for well over 15 years. In that time, we’ve looked at alternative rapid cook brands but have come to the conclusion that TurboChef is by far the best in regard to cooking performance and reliability.
“Our decision to strengthen our partnership with Middleby UK and TurboChef allows us to offer the best rapid cook oven to professionals who value quality, performance and customer service.”
TurboChef offers a wide range of accelerated cooking platforms from the Sota and Bullet rapid cook ovens to the Double Batch and High H Conveyor impingement ovens.
All models in the range provide a ventless cooking solution allowing operators to cook almost anything without requiring the installation of extraction hoods.
Customers can view the ovens and experience live cooking demonstrations at the Middleby UK Innovation Kitchen in Wigan and at HTG Trading’s demonstration kitchen in Ipswich.

TurboChef products will still be available to dealers directly from Middleby UK but customers looking for a ‘trouble free’ solution will be referred to HTG Trading [Taylor UK] where its sales and culinary teams can provide a complete solution for both dealers and end-users.
