New Comprehensive Standard Service Contracts

For 2012 we have redesigned some of our service product offerings for your Taylor equipment, namely for machines that have expired from their manufacturers warranty, you can enjoy the same features, benefits & level of cover for parts and labour with  their ‘Comprehensive Standard‘ service contract.

With the standard contract you will have fixed known cost maintenance for a further 12 months, priority response from certified Taylor service engineers 363 days per year with no restrictions to number of call outs or parts required.

The standard contract includes one Preventative Maintenance Inspection – Full Service – for which all consumable parts are also included.

Further PMI’s can be added based on the volume of sales to give you ‘Comprehensive Premium’ cover.

We recommend that every Taylor machine has a minimum of one full service by a Taylor engineer every year. This will ensure that the machine is performing to optimum levels and reduce likelihood of breakdown.

Preventative Maintenance Inspections can be bundled into a contract for 1 to 4 visits per annum and are priced to include all consumable replacement parts.

N.B any additional spare parts that are identified as being required will be supplied with a discount of 20% allowed.
