Compact countertop design

Dynamic Speed control – Frigomat’s Dynamic Speed function can be incorporated into consistency cycles and individual recipes. This allows mixing and extraction speeds to be adjusted according to the product being prepared, providing greater flexibility when working with different recipes and desired finished characteristics.

4.3-inch touchscreen operation – The TITAN 20 is controlled through a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen with Frigomat’s proprietary graphical interface.

Intelligent automatic functions

The TITAN 20 incorporates several functions designed to simplify production and give the operator greater control.

Auto-Extraction – Automatically activates extraction once the programmed setpoint is reached.

Defrost Function – Designed to help prevent the agitator from jamming when restarting the production cycle.

Dynamic Speed – Allows speed settings to be incorporated into consistency cycles and recipes, including adjustable extraction speeds.

These functions allow the operator to automate more of the production process while retaining control over individual recipes.

Air-cooled or water-cooled – Unlike the larger TITAN 40, TITAN 60 and TITAN 100 batch freezers, the TITAN 20 is available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations.

Single-phase or three-phase options – Another important feature of the TITAN 20 is the range of electrical configurations to make installation easy.

Natural R290 refrigerant

The TITAN 20 uses R290 natural refrigerant within its high-efficiency refrigeration system.
