The Frigomat TITAN 40 is a professional horizontal batch freezer designed for gelaterias, restaurants, hotels and other foodservice businesses producing their own gelato and frozen desserts.

The TITAN 40 features a removable stainless-steel beater fitted with mobile scraper blades that operate across the walls and bottom of the freezing cylinder.

The dispensing door is also removable and incorporates an integrated safety grid, helping simplify routine cleaning and access to key components.

These features are particularly useful in commercial environments where multiple flavours and batches may be produced throughout the day.
