The C118 Batch Freezer:-
Serve homemade, low and medium overrun gelato, gourmet ice cream, sorbet, yogurt and granita’s with this easy to use batch freezer. Mix and liquid flavourings may be poured into the convenient fill chute on the door. Fruit, nuts and confectionery can be folded in as the finished product is being dispensed into a Napoli container. This batch freezer has an 11.7 litre cylinder, with a 6 kg load cycle, allowing for 30 kgs of gelato to be produced every hour, this equates to approximately 42 litres including a 40.0% overrun, equivalent to 8.4 x 5 litre Napoli’s.
The model C118 is designed with quality features for the inexperienced operator. A microprocessor monitors the refrigeration, mechanical and electrical systems, which allows for a totally automatic operation to produce the best possible consistency, batch after batch.
For the more experienced operator, a semi-automatic setting may be selected to allow for personalisation of the product according to a specific recipe.
Electronic Consistency Control
This control automatically senses product viscosity to control the refrigeration system for perfect ice cream or gelato quality. The operator may override the automatic controls at the touch of a button.
Variable Batch Sizes
The automatic control manages the freezing cycle in relation to the pre-charge of mix within a wide range of values.
Quickly ejects gelato or ice cream when the batch is finished, leaving very little residue in the freezing cylinder.
Retractable hose allows spray nozzle to fit right into the front panel, which is conveniently located next to the dispensing door.
