In addition to maintaining the status as an ‘A’ Grade distributor for the sixth consecutive year – the highest grading available from Taylor –
Taylor UK were also named as Taylor’s European Distributor of the year for 2011.
The award is based on a similar selection process to the Distributor Grading system and the evaluation covered all aspects of the business including:-
- Sales performance, sales training and marketing activity.
- Service performance and technical training.
- Interaction with Taylor in respect of equipment and parts ordering, warranty management, financial accounting and parts returns.
- Participation in Taylor organised activities such as Winter Inventory and European Technical Manager meetings.
- Providing high levels of business support in UK to Taylor’s leading global customers such as Pizza Hut, Burger King and McDonalds.
The award can be seen as a great recognition for the efforts and contributions of all the Taylor UK employees.
