Taylor Soft Serve Machines – We’ll completely reassemble, clean/sanitise and run-up of your Sundae machine replacing any worn or missing o-rings, scraper blades and sundries to make sure you’re serving ice cream sundaes from day one!
Taylor Frozen Drink Machines – We’ll completely reassemble, clean/sanitise and run-up of your Shake machine replacing any worn or missing o-rings, scraper blades and sundries to make sure you’re serving shakes to the very first customer!
Fixed Labour Cost* – Our recommissioning package includes labour at a fixed cost. We’ll allow up to 2.5 hours in store to ensure your machine is completely set up and working correctly.
FREE Refresher Training – While we’re recommissioning your Taylor Machine, our engineer will be happy to go over the correct cleaning and daily procedures with key team members if required.
FREE Health Check – Included in the price, our fully qualified engineers will give your equipment a full health check and will make recommendations on any consumables which may need replacing during the next cleaning cycle and offer advice on preventative maintenance to avoid unnecessary downtime.

*T&C’s – Taylor UK’s recommissioning package includes 2.5 hours labour in store for ONE Taylor Soft Serve, Shake or Shake-Sundae Combination machine, additional machines can be recommissioned for an additional charge. The Taylor machine must be fully disassembled and clean without mix prior to our arrival on site, the store will be charged additional labour for any time spent cleaning a dirty machine. Recommissioning does not cover any mechanical or electrical faults, equipment with pre-existing issues or outstanding service calls will not be repaired under the recommissioning service and will require a dedicated service call relating that specific issue.
