Equipment Review - OneShow from ISA

New for 2018, ISA has released the OneShow. 

These stylish, Italian designed display cabinets are available in both Gelato and Pastry configurations giving you the opportunity to transform your shop with a complete display solution which looks amazing whist still being functional!

There’s a number of variations of the OneShow cabinets; Free, Base and Standalone

All three versions of the OneShow utilise ISA’s clear poly-carbonate Napoli containers to provide the maximum visibility possible for your gelato, ice creams or chilled pastry products which is especially important if you’ve taken the time to make them yourself. The FREE version

The Free version of the OneShow cabinets are complete plug-in units which can be either positioned on their own as an individual cabinet or easily incorporated into a shop fit counter to create a seamless installation. The on-board refrigeration system is air cooled and the regular sized cabinet runs off of a standard 13amp socket which means the units can be installed almost anywhere. Two sizes are available; Regular which can hold 6 standard 5ltr Napolis and the Large which can display 9.

The BASE version

Like the Free cabinets, the Base versions of the OneShow are self contained units with all of the refrigeration systems on-board. The unique design of these displays will allow you to create a really eye catching, visually attractive centre point of your shop. With 360° access you can grab the attention of customer from all sides – gone are the days of having a regular looking shop with all the counters running down one side. The OneShow Base displays would be perfect for buffet style restaurant applications where customers are freely moving around as you could easily set up a Gelato island to capture their attention. 

The STANDALONE version

Designed to look like a jewellery display case, the Standalone version of the OneShow is for operators looking to make a truly unique impact on their customers. The clean lines and thin legs make these units float effortlessly creating a very stylish and clean look. The Standalone units require remote refrigeration systems as there’s no room in the cabinet to house the components. This can create a few installation issues if you’re looking to add a cabinet into an existing store. But if you’re starting from a clean slate, then the ISA projects team can provide you with all of the information you will need to install these wonderful looking display cabinets creating a flexible solution to reduce noise and heat from the retail area whilst improving maintenance access without disturbing the shop.
