The simple to navigate touch screen controls mean any operator can serve the perfect coffee, alternatively the S20 can be used in self-serve applications.

Is there a better way to describe an experience than through an image? The S20’s 7-inch touchscreen display allows you to see all of the different options on the drinks menu (pre-selection and Group Mode) and to customise images displayed by the machine (such as screen savers). You can also assist the customer when choosing their drink with video clips and animations.
The S20 is available in two configurations; Fully Automatic where the unit draws milk into the system from the separate milk fridge or Semi-Automatic where the S20 utilises the unique Turbosteam Cold Touch milk wand. The automated steam wand creates all of the theatre of frothing your own milk but without the requirement of any special skills. Simply place your jug of cold milk under the wand, select the foam time and wait, the machine works it all out for you. One of the key features of the Turbosteam wand is that the outer surface of the wand is cold before, during and after it emits steam. The wand is coated with a special insulating, non-stick material which makes the wand easy to clean and prevents milk residue from sticking to it.

You can remotely communicate with the S20 via the integrated bidirectional Wi-Fi system, which makes updating software, setting recipes and customising background images straightforward.
AWS – Automatic Washing System…
Daily washing cycles are automatically managed by the AWS system. This innovative system provides thorough, efficient cleaning, ensuring maximum hygiene with just one touch. Cleaning intervals and cycle options can be programmed to ensure operators conduct the correct cleaning procedures at the right times to ensure good hygiene levels are maintained. The on-board data system will log the cleaning cycles and can be programmed to ‘lock-out’ if cleaning isn’t completed correctly.
New Titanium grinders – The excellent coffee produced by the S20 testifies to its perfection. S20 is equipped with new grinders designed to get the most from your coffee beans. The Titanium grinders, which are made of K110 steel with a PVD coating, are very robust and designed to last for a long time.
New coffee boiler – The S20 is fitted with a boiler with a heat exchanger that enables a high-performance supply of hot water and steam. The boiler is equipped with a patented Smart Boiler function that optimises hot water and steam performance, ensuring that productivity does not drop during peak hours.
