The Taylor C161 Compact Twin Twist Soft Serve machine is the perfect solution for operators wanting to serve two flavours of soft serve, plus a twist, from a space-saving countertop unit. Easy to use and clean, the C161 is ideal for businesses looking to offer high-quality ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet with maximum output and minimal footprint.
This is the soft serve machine for busy restaurants and cafes. This twin serve freezer will do up to 200 2.5oz portions in an hour. Consistently great desserts served quickly – enquire how by using the button to the right.

Features of the Taylor C161 include:
Freezing cylinder – Two, 1.4 litre
Hourly production* (approximately) – 26.6 litres per hour – combined
Mix hopper – Two, 7.6 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration to maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes.
Indicator lights – ‘Mix Low’ light alerts the operator to add mix. Audible alarm may be enabled to sound when mix is low.
Electronic controls – Finished product quality is monitored by Softech™ controls that measure viscosity.
Standby – During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
Air filter – Easily removable, cleanable air filter helps keep condenser clean for optimal refrigeration system performance.
Door interlock system – Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
