Classic Banana Split
Ingredients
- 225g Soft Serve Ice Cream
- 1 Banana (sliced length wise)
- 50g Whipped Cream
- 25g Strawberry Sauce
- 25g Toffee Sauce
- 25g Chocolate Sauce
- Chopped Nuts (optional)
- Glace Cherry
Instructions:
- Slice the banana length ways an arrange in a suitable “boat” shaped serving dish
- Dispense three 75g portions of soft serve ice cream in three piles along the length of the sliced banana
- Drizzle the three different sauces individually over each of the three piles of ice cream
- Garnish the top of each ice cream pile with freshly whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional)
- To finish; place a glace cherry on top
