Classic Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 225g Soft Serve Ice Cream
  • 1 Banana (sliced length wise)
  • 50g Whipped Cream
  • 25g Strawberry Sauce
  • 25g Toffee Sauce
  • 25g Chocolate Sauce
  • Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • Glace Cherry

Instructions:

  1. Slice the banana length ways an arrange in a suitable “boat” shaped serving dish
  2. Dispense three 75g portions of soft serve ice cream in three piles along the length of the sliced banana
  3. Drizzle the three different sauces individually over each of the three piles of ice cream
  4. Garnish the top of each ice cream pile with freshly whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional)
  5. To finish; place a glace cherry on top
