The Taylor C708 heat treatment soft serve freezer is pump fed making this machine the perfect addition to any busy business looking to serve soft ice cream in high volumes, quickly.
The Taylor C708 Heat Treatment Soft Serve Freezer is a high-output, single-flavour machine designed for busy foodservice environments. Featuring advanced heat treatment technology, it safely extends the cleaning cycle to once every 14 days (or 28 days with our ‘key’ upgrade)—reducing labour while maintaining top-quality soft serve. Ideal for ice cream or plant-based products, the C708 delivers consistent results and dependable performance with every serve.
The Taylor C708 is the only soft serve machine with sufficient output to make blended shakes in any quantity.
This machine is great for highly busy situations – it can serve up to 500 portions an hour and is on a 14 day cleaning cycle to minimise down time.

Features of the Taylor C708 include:
Freezing cylinder – One, 3.2 litre
Hourly production* (approximately) – 51.1 litres per hour
Heat treatment system – Provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products for up to two weeks before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required.
Mix hopper – One, 18.9 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes. Simplified air/mix pump delivers the precise amount of air and mix in to the freezing cylinder, regulating overrun and reducing operator parts.
Indicator lights – ‘Mix Low’ light alerts the operator to add mix. When ‘Mix Out’ light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
Touch screen controls – Microprocessor touch controls are embedded in a durable tempered glass panel. Multiple languages are selectable. Viscosity is continually measured to dispense soft serve desserts. Soft lock out features improve reliability. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder may be displayed at any point of operation. History of temperatures and times during the last 366 heat cycles may be viewed from the fluorescent display.
Standby – During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
Door interlock system – Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
