The Taylor C709 heat treatment soft serve freezer is gravity fed. This soft serve machine will allow you to serve a high volume of soft ice cream that tastes delicious!
This counter top soft serve machine is single flavour and high volume – you can serve up to 350 ice creams per hour with this machine! This makes it perfect for very busy outlets – restaurants, cafes, cinemas, theme parks, etc – or indeed dedicated dessert bars such as ice cream parlours or milkshake bars.

Features of the Taylor C709 include:
Freezing cylinder – One, 3.2 litre
Hourly production* (approximately) – 34.1 litres per hour
Heat treatment system – Provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products for up to two weeks before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required.
Mix hopper – One, 18.9 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes.
Indicator lights – ‘Mix Low’ light alerts the operator to add mix. When ‘Mix Out’ light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
Touch screen controls – Microprocessor touch controls are embedded in a durable tempered glass panel. Multiple languages are selectable. Viscosity is continually measured to dispense soft serve desserts. Soft lock out features improve reliability. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder may be displayed at any point of operation. History of temperatures and times during the last 366 heat cycles may be viewed from the fluorescent display.
Standby – During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
Door interlock system – Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
