Tower LH range which provides twice the display area of the previous Cristal Tower models. This new upright display cabinet is suitable for ice cream cakes, ice cream, chilled desserts, pastry products, chocolate and pralines, and an ideal platform to display your creations. This outstanding range of cabinets, typical of the build quality expected from ISA, is an ideal centrepiece suitable for delicatessens, ice cream parlours, patisseries and bakeries or in food service areas such as hotels, restaurants, food halls and cafes.
The Cristal Tower range provides a ideal display area for your creations allowing impulse sales generation thanks to the units all round visibility, carefully thought out energy efficient LED lighting, large areas of glass, and transparent shelves.
The LH’s sturdy steel one-piece construction allows for a large display area in a relatively small footprint. R404A refrigerant is specified, and ecologically-friendly insulation is used, namely polyurethane (HCFC and HFC free) with CO² for low environment impact. The Cristal Tower also features a touch pad control system, and is equipped with an electronic card and alarms for high/low temperatures, and door open on/off switch with lighting on/off facility. Additionally the refrigeration system is designed to maintain temperature even in the event of multi-door openings. The LH model also offers replaceable tempered glass side panels, a silk screened tempered flush door, and full access to the condensing unit front either the front or rear thanks to easy removal of the lower panels, and double pivoting wheels, with brakes, for safe and easy movement.
