Recipe Review: Frozen Beverage Bonanza…

 

Shaved Ice Blending StationWe’ve created a number of different recipe ideas for frozen drinks to show just how easy it is to make everything from shakes to frozen coffees to cocktails all through your Taylor SB2150 shaved ice blender!

 

 

 

 

“Thick Shakes”
1.5 floz (40ml) Flavour Syrup Concentrate (Fabbri Mixy Bar™ for example)
3.5 floz (100ml) Liquid soft ice cream mix (Pritchitts Comelle™ or similar)
7 oz Shaved ice and blend in your SB2150

Fruit SlushFruit Slush
2 floz (55ml) Flavour Syrup Concentrate (Fabbri Mixy Bar™ for example)
3.5 floz (100ml) Cold water or soda
7 oz Shaved ice and blend in your SB2150

Fruit Smoothies
3 floz (85ml) Fruit Puree (Funkin™ Purees for example)
2 floz (55ml) Cold water
0.5 floz (12ml) Sugar syrup to sweeten (optional)
7 oz Shaved ice and blend in your SB2150

Frozen Cocktails & “Mocktails”Frozen Cocktails
3.5 floz (100ml) Cocktail Base (Jose Cuervo™ Margarita Mix for example)
1.5 floz (40ml) Alcohol liquor* (Tequila if making margaritas)
7 oz Shaved ice and blend in your SB2150
*(for non-alcoholic drinks, increase cocktail base by 1.5 floz 40ml)
