The newest machine to be added to our portfolio is the model C716, which is a floor standing, pump fed machine, suitable for a 14 day cleaning regime, with two 18.9 litre hoppers designed to reduce ‘fill times’ and two large 3.2 litre freezing cylinders for maximising finished product storage it’s going to be a real ‘winner’ with our customers. And what’s more for really busy locations it is capable of producing up to 100 litres of finished ice cream per hour (50 litres per side per hour)
The floor standing C713 is a version of our top selling pump fed model C712, which is a proven machine already purchased by many of our customers. The C713 is gravity fed with the same hopper and cylinder sizes as the C712, and suitable for a 3 day cleaning regime. The C713 also benefits from having an ‘optional’ hopper agitator, which is the preferred choice of many dedicated frozen yogurt retailers, and with an output of 74 litres per hour (37 litres per side per hour) it is going to be a great addition to our range.
The C713’s smaller sister is the C723 which can be either a counter or floor standing machine with the addition of a cart, it is gravity fed, has two 2.7 litre freezing cylinders, and two 13.2 litre hoppers with separate hopper refrigeration, and is suitable for a 3 day cleaning regime. It is capable of producing an impressive 51 litres of finished ice cream or frozen yogurt per hour (26 litres per side per hour) An ideal machine for customers who require good output although have limited space.
All three models offer two separate flavours of soft ice cream or yogurt or an equal combination of both in a twist. They all have digital readout displays, mix low and mix out warning lights, microprocessor touch controls, and a draw counter displays number of times the handled is activated in a day, a week or a month.
